Your photo is shown twice with a different cloth beside it. Your face stays the same, so the only thing that changes is the colour. You choose the side where your shadows soften and your skin looks even, not the colour you like.

Most colour apps read one selfie and name a season. Yours Palette measures your face with on-device AI, checks the light first, and only then lets the cloth decide.
- Face mapAn AI face model places 478 points on your face, including your irises, so colour is taken from the right places: cheeks, jaw, hair and iris, never shadows or lips.
- Light checkThe camera's exposure is locked, and the white of your eye is used as a reference for the light in the room. A dark room is told apart from deep skin, so every skin tone is read fairly.
- Colour scienceSkin, hair and eyes are measured in CIELAB, the colour space built to match how people see colour. Three photos are merged so one bad frame can't decide your result.
- Season engineYour reading is scored against all twelve seasons on three axes, tuned on faces whose seasons are already known. The app shows how sure it is and names a close second when there is one.
- Smart drapeA second AI model separates you from the room behind you, so each cloth sits beside your face on a clean, neutral background.
- Private by designAll of this runs on your phone. Your face photo is never uploaded unless you choose to send it to an analyst.
